- Go to Global Settings.
- Move to the Communications section.
- Under Event Triggers, locate and open the Attendance tab.
- Find Attendance sync tool alert and click on the + Add action button under Action types.
- In the list of enabled actions, click the 3-dot menu next to the action with the email icon.
- Select Disable to stop email alerts when the sync tool is not syncing.
