Introduction
Internal Job Postings (IJPs) help you share open roles with your existing employees, allowing them to apply for new opportunities and grow their careers within the organization.
This approach boosts employee engagement and helps you make the most of your internal talent pool. You can share IJPs through your intranet, newsletters, or Keka’s internal job board. Keka also supports referrals, so employees can recommend qualified candidates from their network directly through the portal.
This article walks you through enabling or updating the Internal Job Portal and referral settings in Keka.
Activate Internal Job Portal
Go to the Hire section in the left-hand menu.
Click on Settings.
Under the Organization section, select Internal Jobs & Referrals.
Update settings related to:
Internal Job Applications
Internal Job Openings Policy
Once you’ve made your changes, click Save.

Tip: Make sure your internal communication channels point employees to the updated portal so they don’t miss new job opportunities or referral chances.
