Introduction
Attendance regularisation helps ensure that attendance records are accurate, even when employees forget to clock in or out. This feature allows for past-dated corrections, so employees can request updates to their attendance when errors occur.
In this guide, you'll learn how to enable and configure regularisation settings in Keka, including how to set limits and approval workflows.
Configure attendance regularisation
Go to the Time Attend section in the Keka portal.
Click on Attendance Tracking.
Open the Capture Scheme tab.
Select the relevant capture scheme from the list.
Click the Update icon to open the configuration window.
In the pop-up window, go to the Regularise section.
Toggle on the option to allow employees to regularise their attendance.
Options & Variants
Once regularisation is enabled, you can customize how it works:
Limit the number of regularisation requests an employee can make in a given period.
Restrict how far back in time employees are allowed to request changes.
Configure an approval chain, including multi-level approvals, for requests.
Set the limit to zero if you want all regularisation requests to require approval.
Notes
Tip: Tailor your regularisation rules based on company policies to avoid misuse while still supporting legitimate corrections.
