The following are the settings which become frozen once review cycle is launched:
- Reviewers: The assigned reviewers cannot be changed to ensure fairness and avoid bias.
- Review Form: The structure remains unchanged to keep the review process uniform.
- Rating Scale: Altering rating criteria mid-cycle could skew results, so it remains fixed.
- Reviewers weightage is also cannot be changed.
