Performance FAQs

What settings are frozen once review cycle is launched?

When a review cycle is launched on Keka, certain settings become locked to ensure the review process is fair and consistent. Locking these elements helps maintain the integrity of the review, preventing any mid-cycle changes that could impact the evaluation process. This approach safeguards the transparency of employee assessments, fostering trust among participants. Planning ahead allows for a smooth review process without the need for adjustments later.

The following are the settings which become frozen once review cycle is launched:

  1. Reviewers: The assigned reviewers cannot be changed to ensure fairness and avoid bias.

  2. Review Form: The structure remains unchanged to keep the review process uniform.
    1. Rating Scale: Altering rating criteria mid-cycle could skew results, so it remains fixed.

    2. Reviewers weightage is also cannot be changed.

  3. Review meeting:  Meeting settings are locked to ensure structured discussions at key stages.
