What reports are available on a review cycle before publishing and after publishing the review cycle?
During a review cycle in Keka, various reports provide insights into the progress and outcomes of the evaluation process. Before publishing the review, reports help track the assignment and completion status of reviewers and employees. After the review is published, more comprehensive reports become available, offering a detailed summary of performance feedback and scores. These reports ensure transparency and aid in evaluating both individual and team performances effectively.
Once a review cycle is published, various statistics become accessible for each stage of the process, including the count of employees who have not yet been launched.
You can easily access the report by clicking the "View" option next to the specific statistics.
In addition, a wide variety of reports are available for viewing and downloading from the reports section. Rating reports can be accessed once the review cycle has been published, and ratings have been assigned. Additionally, reports such as employee cancellation reports and employee review status information are accessible prior to the publication of the review cycle.
