      We are thrilled to announce that exciting changes are in the pipeline for our Employee Exit Module! As part of our ongoing commitment to improve your experience with Keka, we are revamping this module to make the exit process smoother, more intuitive, and more efficient.       In our upcoming update, the following touchpoints will be enhanced:

      Unified Exit Process Tab:
      • We are merging the current tabs such as Pending Approvals, In Exit Process, Full & Final, and Exited Employees into a single, streamlined Exit Process tab. This consolidation aims to simplify navigation and improve your workflow efficiency.





      1. Enhanced UI and User Experience:
      Expect a fresh, modern look with updated UI elements. The new design will not only be aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, making it easier for you to manage exit processes.




      1. Improved Process & Settle Flow:
      2. We are redesigning the flow of the "Process & Settle" action to be more intuitive. This change will reduce the steps needed to complete settlements, saving you valuable time.



      3. Updated Inbox Tasks for Exit Approvals:
      4. The inbox tasks for exit approvals are getting a makeover! The updated UI will make it clearer and more straightforward to manage and approve exit-related tasks.
