The Compliance section in Keka Hire is designed to ensure your hiring process adheres to legal standards and promotes fairness. One of the key features in this section is the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance form, which helps organizations collect demographic data from candidates to monitor diversity and prevent discrimination.
To access the compliance section, simply click on settings in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select compliance from the organisation section.
You can toggle the EEO form on or off based on your organization’s requirements. When enabled, this form collects demographic data from candidates.
If the form is enabled define your organisation's status as either a federal contractor/subcontractor or non-federal, which will determine the questions shown on the application form.
The system allows you to configure emails that send EEO forms to candidates who do not apply through the career site.
You can personalize the email content sent to candidates, ensuring clear communication about the importance of the EEO form and how the data will be used.
Benefits:
- Diversity Tracking: The EEO form enables you to gather important data to track and analyze the diversity of your applicants, helping your organization maintain inclusive hiring practices.
- Legal Compliance: By using the EEO form, your organization can comply with U.S. regulations regarding non-discriminatory hiring processes.
Reports Section
In the Keka Hire platform, under the Reports section, you will find several reports aimed at helping recruiters and HR managers with compliance and hiring insights. Two notable reports related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) are:
1. All Candidates Equal Employment Opportunity Report: This report provides an overview of the EEO data for all candidates who have applied for job openings. It is a comprehensive report allowing HR professionals to ensure that hiring practices are in line with EEO regulations across all candidates.
2. All Jobs Equal Employment Opportunity Report: This report focuses on viewing EEO data for each job opening. It consolidates the relevant EEO details for every job title, providing a granular look into hiring compliance for specific roles.
Both reports ensure that companies can easily access and manage compliance data, contributing to fair and unbiased hiring processes. These reports are crucial for maintaining transparency and ensuring equal employment opportunities for all candidates across different job openings.
