The new Launch Reviews section comes with a trigger option designed to facilitate follow-ups after initiating a review cycle. This feature helps track and manage employee reviews with enhanced visibility.
Key Stats:
- Reviews Yet to be Launched: This allows HR teams to see which employees’ reviews are pending. You can launch these reviews individually or in bulk, ensuring no employee is left out.
- Employee Reviews Cancelled: View the list of employees whose reviews were cancelled. This can help identify trends or issues leading to cancellations.
- Employee Reviews Launched: Provides an overview of employees whose reviews have already been initiated.
2. Reviews in Progress: Real-Time Monitoring and Analytics
This section offers deep analytics for every stage of the review process, ensuring that HR teams have a clear picture of review progress.

Nomination:
- Nomination Waiting on Self: Tracks employees who are yet to submit their nominations.
