How to Track Project Expenses in Keka PSA
Step-by-Step Process:

Accessing the Project Section:
- Go to Projects in the Project section. Click on the Project List tab. Select the relevant project from the Active Projects list.

Viewing Expenses:
- Once inside the project details, navigate to the Expense tab.
- This tab displays all expenses submitted for that project within the chosen date range.

Accessing Receipts:
- Click the link in the Receipts column to view the supporting documents submitted by employees.

Note: Privileged users can now select whether expenses approved for projects can be reimbursed or invoiced to the client. The Expense tab will only appear if the option 'Allow expenses to be billed against this project' is enabled in the project's Billing settings.
