Tracking Hourly Leave
Learn how to track hourly leaves efficiently on Keka HR. Manage employee leave requests, monitor leave balances, and streamline attendance tracking.
Keka's Hourly Leave Feature simplifies employee leave management by offering customizable accrual frequencies and hours per year. It's an adaptable tool that aligns leave policies with specific requirements, enhancing the overall experience.
In this article, we'll explore how you can stay on top of the hourly leave trends in your organisation. There two main ways you can do this:
- Tracking Leave on the Dashboard in hours
- Using the 'Employees Hourly Leave Detailed Requests' report
Tracking Leave on the Dashboard in hours
First things first, you need to decide the unit (days or hours) in which you want to track the leave information on dashboards and reports. To do this, navigate to Time Attend (1) and open the Settings (2) tab. Under General Setting you can decide the Default format for displaying leave between Hours or Days. Select default format for displaying leave is Hours.
Now in all the admin Dashboard and reports, the leaves will appear in hours.
Using the 'Employees Hourly Leave Detailed Requests' report
In the Time Attend (1) section you can go to the Reports (2) tab to access the new 'Employees Hourly Leave Detailed Requests' report. This report presents daily breakdown of employee hourly leave requests, along with approval status, for a selected period.
That is all. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our product experts today.
