Understanding important numbers regarding the number of new employees who joined and how many employees who expressed an interest to leave were retained gives you great insights into how well your workplace policies are working and how you are progressing with respect to your growth and retention goals that are in place.
Keka gives you indepth insights into growth and retention statistics and allows you to view this data for specific cross sections of the organization including specific departments and locations.
To view the growth and retention statistics, go to the Org (1) section from the left navigation pane. On the Dashboard tab (2), select Analytics (3) and then go to the Growth & Retention tab (4).
You can filter down the data using the Legal Entities, Business Units, Department, Date Range and other filters on top of the page to see more specific data.
The first row of numbers give you some top level metrics that are good to know at a quick glance.
- Growth Rate shows you the growth in number of employees over the last year.
- Retention Rate gives you a measure of how many employees who initiated the exit process were retained in the organization over the past year. Click on the Retained Employees hyperlink on this card to see the list of employees retained in the year.
- Attrition Rate tells you the percentage of employees who exited the organization
- Total Attrition card gives you the total number of employees who left the organization in the year. Click on View Employees to view the list of employees who exited in the year.
You can view a more detailed breakdown of the growth rate across various months. You can filter this graph to see the information for a specific time period. You can also hover over any of the bars in the graph to get more information regarding that particular month.
You can also download this graph in the form of a png, pdf or excel using the icon on this chart.
The Retention Rate graphics gives you a lot more information on how the employees were retained. You can see this statistics across the month as a percentage of the number of employees who were in the exit process that month.
