Setting and Managing Archive Reasons

In the hiring journey, sometimes an organization might need to hit pause on a candidate, job, or requisition for various reasons. This could happen before the pre-boarding stage, during the pre-boarding stage, or even after a requisition has been raised for the position to be filled.

Keka Hire has a handy feature that lets you set up archive reasons for various types of archives. If you need to pause or stop something, you can quickly pick from these reasons at any stage of the process. Archive reasons offer a list of frequently used explanations to make things smoother and to give additional context while archiving a job.

Various types of archiving in Keka Hire are:

1. Hiring Archive: Sometimes, a specific job or a person might need to be put on hold for various reasons.

2.Pre-boarding Archive: When a person, after being screened, needs to be archived.

3.Job Archive: Pausing a requested job role for a while.

4. Requisition Archive Reason: When a manager's raised requisition request is put on hold.

To add an archive reason, click on Settings (1) from the left navigation and navigate to Archive Reasons (2). Click on Add Archive Reason (3).

In the add archive reason screen, provide a reason and select the stages at which the reason is applicable. Select a suitable stage for the reason to be added and click on Add.

To edit an existing archive reason, click on the Three Dots under the Actions section of each reason and click on Edit. Additionally, you can also Delete a reason using the same option.
