How do you regularise your reportee's attendance in the Keka Kiosk app?

To regularize a report's attendance as an admin, log in to the Keka Kiosk app and navigate to the People(1) tab. Select My Reports(2) to view a list of your reports. Choose the employee(3) whose attendance needs regularization and open their profile.



Go to the Attendance Logs tab to access their attendance records.


Locate the specific date that requires adjustment, click the three-dot menu, and select Regularize Logs.



In the Attendance Adjustment window, click + Add to enter the time logs.


Next, click on the time entry(1) to make your updates. If you wish to include additional time logs, you can do so by selecting the +Add button(2).


A window with a Clock will show up where you can select the time. Click OK after selecting the time. 


Finally, click Update Logs to save the changes.


This is the process for regularizing your reports attendance logs. Additionally, you can also regularize your own attendance logs using the same steps.
