Knowing Project Time in Keka PSA

The Project Time feature in Keka PSA helps employees monitor the time they spend on various projects. It allows you to analyze the breakdown of total hours into billable and non-billable categories, track task-level details, and generate reports for better time management.

Steps to Access and Use Project Time

Open the Keka PSA tool and go to the Me tab. Click on the Timesheet section. Select the Project Time tab to access project-specific time data.

On the left panel, you’ll see a list of all projects assigned to you. Click on the specific project you want to review. View the Total Duration spent on the project, along with the breakdown of Billable and Non-Billable hours.

Use the date range selector to narrow down the timesheet period. For each selected date range, you can review the following details for tasks:

      • Date of submission
      • Billable or Non-billable status
      • Total hours worked
      • Approval status (Approved, Partially Approved, or Not Approved)

Scroll through the listed tasks for more insights. Understand which tasks contributed to your billable hours and how much time was allocated to non-billable activities.

To share or analyze your data further, click on the Download Icon. Choose between Excel or PDF formats to save your report.
