To get started, click on the 'Performance' tab from your Keka home screen. Here you'll find an at-a-glance view of active review cycles, finalized reviews, reviews in progress, and pending feedback requests.
Performance Review Stats
- Active Review Cycles(1): The number of ongoing review processes.
- Reviews Finalized(2): Count of reviews completed.
- Reviews To Be Initiated(3): Upcoming reviews that are yet to start.
- Reviews In Progress(4): Reviews that are currently underway.
- Pending Feedback Requests(5): Requests for feedback that have not been addressed yet.
Goal Assignments by Department: This section presents a visual representation of the distribution of goals across different departments, enabling you to quickly identify areas that are on track or need attention.

- Skill Distribution: Evaluate the distribution of skills across departments.
- Performance Highlights: Spotlight on employees with the highest and lowest performance ratings.
