Managing signatures in your Keka Hire Portal

Offer letters and other generated letters are usually e-signed by the respective leaders with the authority to do this. Keka Hire portal allows you to add and manage signatures on the portal which can be used to e-sign offer letters when they are being generated. 

To access and manage e-signatures on your Keka Hire Portal, go to the Settings (1) tab. In the Offers & Documents tab, you can find the Signatures (2) section. 

Here, you have 2 options. You can either add signatures here in the Keka Hire Portal or you could also import signatures from your Keka HR Portal. 

Adding a signature on Keka Hire

To add a new signature, click on the +Add New Signature button on this page. 

 

 

On the Add Signature page, select the employee for whom the signature needs to be added. Click on Attach Signature to attach the signature for the selected employee. 

 


Click on Add to save the new signature. This signature can now be used in offer letters and other communications from your Keka Hire portal where a signature is required. 

 

Importing signatures from Keka HR portal

If you have signatures added on your Keka HR portal which you want to use in your hiring process, you can import them from this page. Select the Add from Keka portal to import signatures. 

 

 

Select the signatures you want to add and then click on Add

 

 

All the signatures that you have added will be found on this page.
