Steps to Manage Nominations
1. Access the Nomination Section
- Navigate to the “Inbox” or “Performance Reviews” section of your HRMS or performance management system.
- Locate tasks related to nominations under pending reviews.
2. Select the Employee

- Identify the team member for whom you need to manage nominations.
- Click on the Nominate option to open the nomination window.
3. Choose Relevant Reviewers
- Peers: Select individuals who have worked closely with the employee and can provide meaningful feedback on collaboration, skill application, and performance.
- External Reviewers: If applicable, add external collaborators familiar with the employee’s work on projects or partnerships.
- Choose peers under the Peers tab and external reviewers by clicking the "+Add" option located under the External Reviewers tab.
- Once you are in the External Reviewers window, begin by adding Reviewer. You will need to provide all relevant details, including their name, job title, company name, and email address. If you wish to add more reviewers, simply click on the "+Add External" option to include additional external reviewers.
4. Submit Nominations

- Ensure you adhere to the deadline to avoid delays in the performance review cycle.
- On the Confirm Nominations page, proceed by clicking the "Confirm" button.
