Where to find out which salary structure has been assigned to which employee?
Keka allows admins to view the salary structure assigned to each employee based on their type, experience level, or department. For instance, interns and consultants may have different salary structures, with consultants only receiving consultation fees instead of Basic, HRA, PF, etc. Using Keka's reports feature admins can easily access each employee's assigned salary structure.
To do this, go to the Payroll (1) section of the portal and click on Reports (2). Now, on the Payroll, Contribution and Tax (3) tab, you will see the Payroll Reports section. Under this, select Current Annual Salary (4).
On the Annual salary details window that opens next, you'll see the list of the employees of your organization. This list can be filtered based on Pay Groups, Remuneration type, etc.
Scroll left to find the Structure Name column under which can see the salary structure assigned to an employee.
