Where can we get a report of employees' and their Reporting Managers?

A reporting manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and directing the work of a team or group of employees within an organization. They are responsible for providing regular updates on the team's progress and performance to their superiors, with a focus on effective communication with upper management.


However, manually searching for employee names and their reporting managers can be a tedious task for admins. That's where Keka comes in. Keka provides a convenient report that allows admins to effortlessly view a list of employee names and their respective reporting managers. Let's take a look at how you can easily access this information.


Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal and you'll be taken to the Dashboard (2) tab. Under the dashboard, please click on Employee Reports (3).

 


 

Once you click on the Employee Reports you will be able to find the Employee Info section, Under the employee info please click on Reporting Managers Report



 

In the Reporting Managers Report window, select the Business Function (Mandatory), Department, Location, cost centers & Legal Entity and click on Run.



Once you click on Run, the list generated will show the employees and their reporting managers (1) and you will be able to download the report by clicking on the download icon (2) in Excel/PDF format.
