Interview Feedback Visibility Configuration: Reducing Bias in Recruitment

The Interview Feedback Visibility Configuration is a new feature that allows organizations to reduce the risk of biased feedback during the interview process. By providing recruiters with the ability to control the visibility of feedback provided by interviewers, organizations can ensure that evaluations are objective and consistent, leading to more informed hiring decisions.

How it Works?

During or after the creation of a job, recruiters/admins will have the option to set up the Interview Feedback Visibility Configuration under Hiring Team. There are three configuration options available:

  • Open (Interviewers can view feedback from others only after they have submitted their own): This configuration allows interviewers to view feedback from other interviewers only after they have submitted their own feedback. This ensures that interviewers are not influenced by the feedback of others and provide objective evaluations.

  • Restricted (Interviewers can view feedback given in previous & current stages, but not next stages): This configuration allows interviewers to view feedback from other interviewers that have already been submitted in current or previous stages, but not in the next stages.

  • Private (Interviewers can only view their own feedback): This configuration only allows interviewers to view their own feedback. This option is ideal for organizations that prefer to maintain the privacy of individual evaluations and keep the feedback process separate for each interviewer, reducing the risk of biased feedback.

Based on the selected visibility configuration, interviewers will be able to view feedback from other interviewers or only their own.

By providing recruiters with the ability to control the visibility of feedback, this feature enhances the overall efficiency of the recruitment process and allows organizations to make informed hiring decisions.
