How to update the visibility of review cycle form?
A review cycle is a performance management process in which a manager reviews the work performance of each employee on an established schedule. The standard process usually begins with individual feedback followed by the Reviewer's feedback. The visibility settings allow us to make changes regarding who will have access to the review/feedback filled by different reviewers.
Let us take a look at how can we update the visibility of the Review From:
Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Reviews (2) & select Review Groups (3).
Once you have reached the Review Groups Tab, select the relevant Review Group (1) that you wish to make changes in, then under the Review Cycle click on View Progress (2).
Post that, you will be redirected to the progress page of that particular review group. Click on the Additional Settings option.
This will open the Additional Settings window, where you have to open the Visibility (1) section.
You can make the required changes in the Visibility settings for who can see the forms While filling the form or After review form is filled (2)
You can also make the review anonymous by selecting ' Hide Names of the Reviewer'
Once you have made the required changes, Click on Save (3) to update the settings.
The changes made will be come into effect immediately in the current review process, until the review is finalized & released.
