How to update the permissions of Implicit roles within Keka?
Implicit roles are roles assigned to employees based on their position within their organization such as reporting manager, dotted line manager, L2 manager, etc.
Their data access permissions of employees are limited to their teammates by default, but this can be further customized on Keka.
Here's how you can customize the same-
Go to Global Settings (1) and select Roles and Permissions (2). Go to the Implicit Roles (3) tab. On this page, click on the Edit Permissions (4) button.
In the Edit Roles and Permissions for Implicit Roles window, you can edit the permissions for the various roles that have been defined in the system. Check the various sections you have on this page to see the different types of permissions you can assign to the roles and make the necessary changes as per your requirement.
Once you are done making the changes, click on Save Permissions to save the changes you have made.
The employees will have to log out of the portal and log back in again to see the changes reflected on their portal.
