How to update objective progress?
Objectives are short-term targets that employees are expected to meet during a particular period. Defining objectives helps employees understand their targets & expectations that need to be met. Employees can update their progress over their portal.
Let us take a look at how can we update the progress of the objective, on behalf of the employee.
Search for the Employee's Name in the Global search bar(1), then click on Performance(2) & select Objectives(3). Under the Objectives tab, check the Time Frame for which you wish to update the progress & click on the Update Progress(4)
Select the Status of the Objective from the Dropdown(1), enter the progress Value(2), add a comment if required and click on Save Updates(3).
If you wish to update the progress of a single objective, then Under the Objectives tab, select the Time Frame for which you wish to update the progress & click on the stats icon under the Actions tab.
Enter the progress Value(2), select the Status of the Objective from the Dropdown(2), add a comment if required and click on Update(3).
