How to unlock review form for a review participant?

While the review cycle is in process, in certain cases due to unexpected circumstances such as incorrect interpretation of the question or the wrong attachment submitted under section wherever relevant, the performance admin may wish to have an employee or a set of employees get their forms refilled again. In this scenario, Keka offers the admin to unlock an employee's form so it can be forwarded back to the employee.


Here's how an employee can unlock a review form - 


Go to the Performance (1) module and select the Reviews (2) section where you'll be redirected to the Review Groups (3) and select the required review group from the list and select the review cycle and click on View progress (4)



The form can only be unlocked once the employee has completed filling it for the first time and has submitted the same, hence this option will come under ongoing form filling in the second step of the flow.

In the Review in progress (1) stage, under the Ongoing form filling section (2), you'll see the list of employees who have already completed and submitted the form. Click on the three dots under the Actions column (3) where you'll see the option to Unlock Review Form (4)
