Keka provides the ability to generate and assign a loan policy for employees who are in need financial assistance. However, at any given point in time, an admin might need to unassign a policy to any of the employees.
Let us go through the path through which an employee can be unassigned from a loan policy -
Search for the name of the required employee in the Global Search bar (1), go their profile, and click on the Job tab.
Scroll down to the Other section, and click on the edit option (pencil icon) beside the Loan Policy (1).
On the overlay page enable the option "Employee is no longer part of any loan policy" (1) and mention the reason under Note for reference, and click on Update (2).
We hope that you now have a better understanding of how to unassign a loan policy from employees on Keka.
