How to send offer letter to candidate for offer acceptance?

An offer letter is a document shared with the candidates which provides information about the job role, compensation and benefits, and other conditions of employment. It marks the beginning of a positive employment relationship. It sets the right expectations and also acts as a legal document. 


In Keka Hire, once a candidate has completed the pre-boarding process, one of the last steps they will come across in the Hiring flow is the "Offer letter release" stage where the recruiter is expected to release the offer letter to the candidate. To execute the release of the offer to the candidate, please follow the procedure mentioned below -


Go to the Preboarding Tab (1) where you can see the complete preboarding flow, one of which is RELEASE OFFER (2). Here you get to see the list of candidates who have been shortlisted. Under actions, is the Release Offer (3) button where you can initiate the process of releasing offer.



Once the recipients are mentioned and the Letter template is finalized, please click Send to release the same.
