Performance FAQs

How to select/change the response type of the review form?

An employee review form is a formal document used to assess efficiency and productivity. It includes questions and discussion points. Additionally, organizations may utilize the form to commend outstanding work or evaluate team performance.

It's important to note that not all responses in the review form are comment based. Keka offers various response types, such as ratings, single select, and multiple select options, allowing you to configure the form based on your specific needs. This flexibility allows you to customize the response type for questions, objectives, or any other section in the review form.

To change the response type for any section go to  Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Under Review Cycles, select the Review Cycles (if there are multiple) for which you would like to make the changes, click on three dots of Clone Settings (3) and click Edit (4).

You can make any changes required reviewer in the Select Reviewers section and then click on Next.

In the Advanced Setup Review Form page, you can change the response type of Goals or any other sections (other than Questions) by clicking on Dropdown (5) under Response type.

For changing the response type for Questions, click on the Questions (6) options for the Reviewer. Click Edit Icon (7) next to a question for the selected reviewer.

When you click on Edit, a new window will pop up allowing you to select a specific question from the available options. Proceed by clicking on the chosen question.

In Edit, select the Response type (8) for the question from the drop-down and click on Save (9) the question. Once all the edits are done, you can Save (10) available at the bottom of the page.

Only Rating Scale Reponse types will be considered for the final review. In case you are changing the reponse type to anything other than rating scale, these will not be considered for the final review.
