How to hide a review from Employee after it is released?
In the performance management process, employee reviews play a crucial role in evaluating performance, providing feedback, and fostering growth. However, there may be instances where a released review needs to be hidden due to internal concerns, such as a change in opinion or potential negative impact. In such situations, Keka provides a valuable feature that allows organizations to hide reviews from employees after they have been released.
Here's how you can do the same -
Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Reviews (2) & select Review Cycles. Once you have reached the Review Cycles Tab, select the Active/Upcoming (3) to which the employee is added, then under the selected Review Cycle click on View Progress (4).
Inside the review cycle dashboard, go to the Summary & Publish (1) section where you'll see the employees for whom the reviews have been released. Here click on the three dots where you'll see the Hide Review (2) option.

Post this step the employee will not able to see the review or any other details pertaining to it but the managers will be able to see the same.
