How to give a feedback to an employee?

Continuous feedback plays a significant role in employee performance management. By sharing feedback on a continuous basis, the employee can make necessary changes and improve their performance basis the feedback received.

Keka allows managers to leave feedback on employee profiles, which can be seen by the employee. This feedback is a reference for an employee to understand & improvise their performance.

Let us take a look at how we can give feedback to an employee.

Search for the employee's profile on the Global Search (1) bar and open the employee's profile. Find the Give Personal Feedback (2) icon from the top of the employee profile page.

On the Give Personal Feedback to Employee window, add the note in the Feedback  field, and then you have to click on Submit  to save the feedback. You may click on Add Attachment if you wish to attach certain documents. Additionally, you have the option to select a specific project and core value from the dropdown menu if you want to provide more targeted or project-specific feedback.

Alternatively, you can go to the Performance (1) section of the employee's profile, and under Continuous Feedback (2) you will find the Feedback (3) section. Here, click on Give Feedback (4).
