How to enable email notification for hiring managers when a candidate is added to a job?
During the hiring process, organizations determine their requirements, plan their recruitment strategies, and select the best candidate for a job vacancy. This responsibility falls on various individuals, including hiring managers. When a new candidate is being added to a job based on an application or when a new profile is sourced, it is vital that the Hiring manager is notified of the same through email. Keka offers you the option to add the hiring manager along with the default receivers to be notified when a new candidate is added to the job.
Go to the settings (1) section and into the Email triggers (2) tab within the Notifications section, where you'll see the list of all email triggers.
Search (1) for the Candidate added to the job trigger in the search bar and click on the event trigger (2).
Under the actions button select the Edit option.
Under To, add a new recipient by selecting the Hiring Manager (2) from the Job role.
This is how you can enable emails to the hiring manager when a new candidate is added to a specific job.
