How to edit default email triggers for various modules on Keka?

Keka sends out email triggers to employees for pending actions, announcements, and approval intimations on the portal. These emails contain a default template and the respective receiver. As an admin, you can update the receiver endpoints and even edit the default email template.


To do this go to Global Settings  by clicking on the gear icon next to the organization name. Here click on the Communications and open the Event Triggers  tab.



Choose the Event Trigger category and you can enable or disable the event trigger in that category by using the toggle button under Status.
