How to download the Employee salary YTD report
YTD stands for 'year to date' and represents the time period from the beginning of the fiscal year to the present date.
On Keka, the YTD figure shows the total of your wages or earnings from the start of the current calendar year until the most recent pay period.
Here's how you can generate year-to-date (YTD) reports for employee salaries.
Navigate to Payroll (1) >> Reports (2). Select the Payroll, Contributions and Tax tab.
Scroll down to the YTD Reports section on the page.
You can see the various reports that you can generate.
To download the employee salary YTD report, select All Employee Salary YTD Report.
In the Salary YTD Report Details page, select the Pay Group for which you want to generate the YTD report if you have multiple pay groups configured on Keka.
Select the From Year, From Month, To Year, and To Month details to determine the range for which you want the report to be generated.
There are other filters like Employment Status, Job Title, Department, Location and others to filter down the report further.
Click Run to generate the report.
This will give you the report for the selected duration. From this page, you can download the report in Excel format by clicking on the Download (1) icon.
Here, you can also find more details about a particular employee. For this, use the slider (2) at the bottom of the page to reveal the columns and click on the View Details (3) button against the employee's name.
On the next window, you can download the YTD report for that particular employee.
You can follow a similar process to generate other YTD reports such as Gross, TDS, PF, and the All Employees Month-on-Month.
