How to download employee attrition report?

Employee attrition is defined as employees leaving their organizations for unpredictable or uncontrollable reasons. Many terms make up attrition, the most common being termination, resignation, planned or voluntary retirement, structural changes, long-term illness, and layoffs.


Please follow the below path to download the attrition report from Keka.


Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, click on Dashboard (2), and go to the Employee Reports (3).



 

Once you click on the Employee Reports tab, scroll down to New Joins & Exits and click on Attrition Employee Reports (1).



 

Once you click on the Attrition Employee Reports, you'll be redirected to a page where you can apply the filter of Date range(Custom date Range can also be selected), business units, Departments, location, Cost center & Legal Entity as per your requirement.


Once we select the filters as per your requirement click on Run to generate the report. You can generate the report by clicking on the Download in the Excel Format.
