How to download an organizational policy document uploaded in Keka?

A Company Policy is a set of guidelines for employers and employees to follow the defined procedures. It is a set of rules established for the business interest of the employer and the rights of employees. Organizations maintain these company policies in the form of documents for employee reference. 


To ensure accessibility and acknowledgment, these documents should ideally be available on a portal. Keka makes it easy by allowing organizations to upload and customize the visibility of these documents. 

Let us take a look at how can we download the organization's documents that are uploaded over Keka.


Navigate to the Org (1) section, then select Documents (2), and you can click the Organization Documents (3) tab. Select the Document Folder (4), and click on the Document Name (5) that you wish to download.


The PDF file of the document that has been uploaded will open. You can then click on the Download Icon to save the file on your system.
