How to delete a salary revision for an employee?

An employee's salary may get revised if they receive a  promotion or upon completion of a certain period in the organization in the form of an appraisal. Keka allows you to delete a salary revision if you need to delete the revised salary, either to change the amount or to make any other changes.


Let us see where a salary revision of an employee can be deleted.


Go to the Global search bar (1) and search for the employee for whom the salary revision needs to be deleted. On the employee's profile, go to the Finances (2) tab and select the Pay (3) section. 


Under the Pay section, you will be redirected to the Salary (1) tab where you'll be able to see the latest Salary Revision (2) of the employee under Salary Timeline.



Click on the 3 dots (1) on the right side of the Salary Revision and then click on Delete Salary (2) from the dropdown.
