How to create a post?

A Post in the Keka portal can be shared on either the Organization wall or the Department wall by admins or employees. Interactions on a Post include likes and comments.


The Organization is present on the main dashboard page, featuring information about birthdays, anniversaries, events, as well as Posts, Polls, and announcements. It's a centralized location for publishing important updates and receiving feedback.


To create a Post, follow these steps:


Go to the Home (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Dashboard (2). Here make sure that Post (3) is selected as shown below


If you are not an admin, then you can directly access the Dashbord by clikcing on Home.

 

Under Post please write the contnat of the post and you will have the option to mention an employee, add an image, or add emoticons (1)

By using "@" also you can mention any employee in the post. 


Then you can select where you want to post it, to the whole Organization, or your Department (2) from the drop-down. Once everything is done, click on Post (3).


Once we post it on the specific department wall the employees who got assigned to that specific department will have the access to react for that post.
Once we create the post and have posted we cannot edit. We can only delete the post.
