How to create a Job Template?
If you often have job requisitions and want to reuse job descriptions, you can store them in a repository called Job Templates. Job Templates are a collection of job descriptions that can be used when creating new jobs. Now, let's explore how to create Job Templates in Keka Hire.
On Keka Hire, navigate to Settings (1). Here under Hiring, select Job Templates (2) and click Add Template (3).
A dialogue box will pop-up, select Create from Scratch (4) if you would like to create a new template or Select from existing job (4) if you would like to modify existing job descriptions & add to the template, then click Continue (5).
On the overlay window, enter the Job title (6), Department (7), and Job Description (8). Once the description is entered click Save (9).
