How to check the education details of employees?

Employee qualification is the level of skills, experience, knowledge, and other details of a particular employee. In other words, a qualification is what an employee must know or be able to do in their daily work routine. Thus, education details of employees are crucial in understanding the employee deliverables.


Let us see how we can check the education details of an employee- 


Search for the employee's name in the Global Search bar (1) of the Keka portal and go to the Profile (2) tab. 


 

Once you reach the Profile tab, scroll down to the bottom where you'll find the Education card. Here, you will be able to see all the details regarding the employee's education like their graduation degree, name of the college, percentage, and start and end date of degree completion.



 

This is how you can check the education details for a single employee. To check for employees in bulk, Keka allows you to generate a report for this.


Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka portal, and click on Dashboard (2). Then, go to the Employee Reports (3). 

 


 

Here, scroll down to find the Employee Demography card and click on the Education Details report where you will find the list of employees with their education details.



 

Select the required filters  and click on Run  to generate the report. You can also click on the Download icon to download the report in Excel or in PDF for your reference.
