How to assign department head?


In any organization, the role of a department head is crucial to its smooth and efficient functioning. In Keka adding a department head is a user-friendly process.


Go to the Org (1) section from the left navigation pane and click on Org Structure (2). Then go to the Department (3)



Select the department(4) for which the Department head has to be assigned. In the Summary (5) tab there are details of the Department Head, Click on it and search for the employee to whom you are willing to assign as Department Head.
