How to Add/Edit Approval for Requisitions?
Once a job requisition is moved to HIRE, it can't be deleted; you can only archive it by adding it as a job. This can lead to multiple entries for the same job if there are multiple requests. To prevent this, you can introduce an approval step. An approver can review if there are duplicate entries and make the call to approve or reject the requisition. There could be other reasons for rejection too. This process ensures streamlined requisitions and avoids redundancies.
To add the approval chain for Requisitions, go to Org (1) and move to Hiring (2). Then navigate to Settings (3) and you will see Requisition Approval Chain. Here you can Enable approval chain (4) using the toggle button available and under Approval chain you can enter the name of the employee or select role. You can also Add level in case there are multiple levels of approval. Once you have setup the approval chain you can Save (5). The same path can be used to edit the approval chain too.
Hope the process to add the approval chain for Requisitions is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
