How to add resumes in bulk?

In organizations, recruiters often source candidates from various channels and receive their resumes. To ensure that these resumes are organized and easy to review, recruiters prefer a method of parsing where all the relevant details can be captured accurately. 


Luckily, the Keka portal provides a solution by allowing bulk upload of resumes. The portal automatically captures the visible information, making the process even more efficient. So let's see how you can easily perform bulk resume uploads on Keka Hire.


Navigate to the Hire section (1) and select the Jobs tab (2). From there, click on the Job card (3) for which you would like to perform a bulk resume upload.



Under the Add Candidate (1) dropdown menu, you will find the option for bulk upload (2), which will lead you to the bulk upload resumes (3) feature.



Click on select from system (1) option to upload the compressed file (.zip file format) containing all the resumes and click Continue (2) to validate the file & then complete the upload.
