How to add a custom timeframe for goals in Keka?
A timeframe is a specific period for completing or achieving an objective. It can be set in different units like monthly, half-yearly, or yearly, based on the organization's needs. In Keka, timeframes are automatically created according to the review start year and review cycle frequency. However, you can also create custom timeframes to fit your specific requirements.
Now, let's see how you can add custom timeframes in Keka.
Go to the Performance (1) section and then to the Goals (2) section where you'll see the Settings (3) tab at the end. Under Time Frames (4), Click on Add Timeframe (5).
Provide the Time Frame Name and the Start Date & End Date (1) and click Add (2) to add the same.
This is how a custom time frame can be added by the performance admin.
