Payroll FAQs

How can an employee download the payslip?

A payslip, or a salary slip, is a monthly document employers issue to their employees. It provides a comprehensive breakdown of the employee's earnings and deductions for the specified period. It is a legal requirement for employers to issue payslips to their employees as evidence of salary payments made.

In Keka, once the employer releases the payslip, employees can access and download it from their profile for any month as a reference.

To do so, go to the My Finances (1) section of your portal, and then open the My Pay (2) tab. Under this, you'll see the Pay Slips (3) section where you can view and download (4) all the monthly pay slips released to you by your organization.

You can also download the payslips for multiple months by clicking on the download icon near the Pay Slips heading.
