Keka Hire integration with Linkedin

Introduction

Posting jobs on LinkedIn is essential for companies aiming to attract top talent and fill positions quickly. With access to a broad network of active candidates, targeted job postings, enhanced employer branding, and the power of social referrals, LinkedIn increases the chances of finding the right candidates for your open roles.

The integration between Keka Hire and LinkedIn simplifies your hiring process by allowing you to post job openings directly to LinkedIn. This enables you to create, manage, and track job postings, source candidates, and have applicants directly apply through your Keka Hire system.

Access Permissions

  • Global Admin and Super Recruiter: Can enable the integration and publish jobs to LinkedIn.

Setting Up the Integration

Follow these steps to set up the LinkedIn integration within Keka portal :

  1. Navigate to the Hire section (1) and select the Apps option (2). From there, proceed to the Org Apps category (3). On this page, you will see the Job Boards section under which you will see cards for Naukri and LinkedIn.
  2. Scroll down to the Job Boards section and locate the LinkedIn settings.



  3. By default, the LinkedIn integration is disabled. Enable it to allow publishing job posts to LinkedIn.
  4. Click Configure in the LinkedIn card to start the integration.
  5. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your Company Name and Company ID. The Company Name field should auto-populate based on your organization's profile.
  6. After entering the required information, click Update to complete the integration.

The Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, and can be retrieved by clicking on an existing job listing on your organisation's LinkedIn portal, and in the URL section, look for the set of digits after the C= mark, that will be your Company ID.

Publishing a Job to LinkedIn

Once the integration is set up, Global Admins and Super Recruiters can publish job postings directly to LinkedIn from within Keka Hire.

Deleting a Job from LinkedIn

To delete a job posting from LinkedIn, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Job > Job Details > Publish Options.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu next to the LinkedIn job board.
  3. Select Delete from LinkedIn.

Candidate Applications

When candidates apply for a job via LinkedIn, their applications are automatically sourced and linked to the corresponding job posting within Keka portal, allowing for seamless tracking and management.

Limitations

Be aware of any limitations that may apply when using the LinkedIn integration, such as job post visibility restrictions or application limitations based on your LinkedIn subscription level.
