Keka Hire Integration with Indeed

The integration of Keka Hire with Indeed provides a seamless solution to post jobs directly on the Indeed job board, expanding your reach to a larger talent pool. Follow the step-by-step guide below to configure the integration and publish jobs to Indeed effectively.

Setting Up the Integration

1. Log in to the Keka Hire portal. On the left-hand navigation panel, select Apps (1). Under the Org Apps (2) section

2. Locate the Job Boards (1)  category. Look for the Indeed & Glassdoor (2) option. 

Click on the Configure (3) button.

3. Enter the required details:

• • Company Name: Ensure the official company name is entered.
  • Source Name: Specify a source identifier.
  • Source Type: Choose between "Employer" or "Agency."
  • Company Email: Add the verified email linked to the organization.

Review all the information carefully as incorrect details may prevent jobs from being published.

4. A summary window will display the entered details for review. Tick the checkbox to confirm that all the information is correct. Click on the Integrate button to complete the setup.

Publishing a Job on Indeed

1. Once you have successfully integrated Indeed and Glassdoor, return to the Jobs (1) tab from the left-hand panel. Select the job (2)  you want to publish on Indeed from the list.

2. Within the selected job, navigate to the Publish Options (1) tab. Toggle the Indeed & Glassdoor option to ON (2).

3. If certain details required by Indeed are missing, you will be prompted to fill them in:

• • Job Description
  • Job Location
  • Job Type (Full-Time/Part-Time, etc.)

Add any additional information to make the job posting more appealing, such as:

• • Screener Questions: To filter candidates.
  • Benefits: Highlight perks such as work-from-home options, health insurance, or paid time off.

4. After filling in all required fields, click the Publish button. The job will now be live on Indeed, and premium jobs will also reflect on Glassdoor.
