New Flow to Integrate SpringVerify with Keka

To begin the integration of Spring Verify, first, go to the "Apps" tab located in the left navigation bar.


In the search bar within the Apps tab, search for "Springverify BGV New" application. 



Once you find it, click on the "Install" button. 



After the successful installation, proceed to the "Integrations and Automations" tab by clicking on the "Global settings button" located in the top right corner.



Within the "Integrations and Automations" section, select the "API Access" tab.


In the API Key section, click on the "Create Key" button.



You will need to provide a name to the API key, such as "BGV API Key" or "XYZ Key."

 

Under the "Set Scope" section, expand the "Core HR Privileges" category and select the checkboxes for "BGVRequest Read" and "BGVReport Write."

 

After making your selections, click the "Copy" button to copy the API key.


 

Finally, ensure you save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.


 

Steps to Integrate Keka with SpringVerify:

Locate the Keka card and click on “Connect” to open it.

Select “Continue” in the next window.


Enter your Keka subdomain and API Key, then click "Connect."

A confirmation message will appear, stating “Keka Integration added successfully.”

Select the packages relevant to your organization, then click “Save” to finalize SpringVerify as your background verification partner.

A confirmation message will appear, stating “Package Mapping Successful.”

Once integrated successfully, you can use spring verify for BGV.
