Managing employee objectives and goals efficiently is crucial for driving individual and team performance. Keka’s performance module offers a feature called "Bulk Assign Goals," designed to simplify the process of assigning objectives to multiple employees over a specified time frame. This article will walk you through how to use this feature to ensure a seamless workflow when assigning objectives to your team.
How to Bulk Assign Goals
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you leverage the Bulk Assign Goals feature effectively:
1. Navigate to the Objectives Module
- Log in to your Keka account.
- Click on Performance (1) from the left navigation bar.
- Select Objectives (2) from the top menu under the Administration (3) section.
2. Access the Employees List
- Under the Employees (4) tab, you will see a list of employees along with their respective objectives, key results, and other details.
- Use the filters to narrow down your search by department, job title, or other criteria, if necessary.
3. Select Employees
- Check the boxes beside the employees for whom you want to bulk assign objectives.
2. Once employees are selected, click on Add New Objectives button, which will be enabled.
4.Enter the Details
- Provide all necessary information by entering the goal name, selecting the desired timeframe, specifying how progress will be measured, and deciding whether to include this goal in the review process.
- Once you have filled in all the required information, click the "Create" button located at the bottom of the screen to finalize the bulk assignment of objectives.
