how to change exit date of the employee?
Exit dates may need adjustment due to project extensions, notice period modifications, business requirements, or employee requests for an earlier or later exit. Let's see how we can do it.
To change an exit date the employee must have already submitted her resignation request.
Once the request is submitted, Admins or managers can see the employee exit request in the pending approval tab.
Start by navigating to the ORG section select the Exits tab and get to the pending approval tab.
Click on the Take Action button under the Actions column. In the Take Exit action window, select Yes, accept resignation and choose a date from the calendar and click Save.
If the request is already approved, the final place where you can change the exit date is in the In Exit Process tab.
Here, click on the three-dot menu under the actions column and select Process & settle.
In this tab, click the pencil icon beside exit details, this will give you the option to change the Exit date from the Callender. Don't forget to click the update button when you are done.
