How to add the attendance number to an individual employee


Attendance numbers are unique identifiers assigned to employees for attendance tracking purposes. Adding an attendance number to an employee’s profile ensures accurate time tracking and compliance with company policies. Follow the steps below to update an employee’s attendance number in Keka HR.

Start by searching the employee whose attendance number needs to be updated in the Global search bar and go to their profile by clicking on the name.

 

In the employee’s profile, navigate to the Job tab. 


Next scroll down to the Employee time section and click on the edit icon under Attendance number. 


Then on the update attendance number window , Enter the preferred number in New Attendance number(1) field, you can also enter a note in the Note(2) field. Once you have done entering the details , click on Update(3) .
