How employees can request for shift and week off?

 


A shift defines the working hours assigned to an employee, while a weekly off refers to designated non-working days. Employees can request changes to their shift or weekly off in Keka by following these steps:

  1. Go to Me from the left-side navigation panel. Click on Attendance and select the Calendar under Logs and Requests. On the right side, find Request Shift Change and Request Weekly Off options.

Before employees can submit requests for changes to their shifts or weekly off days, the admin needs to establish the rules for shifts and weekly off and assign them to the respective employees.

 



Select the appropriate option and fill in the necessary information. After ensuring all details are accurate, click on the Request button.
